Why We Exist
Generic chatbots were built for adults; children got them as an afterthought. Answer-machines quietly harm learning, and safety is bolted on late, if at all. We started OpenKids AI to flip that: a learning companion designed for children from the first line of code — Socratic by default, transparent to parents, and honest about being an AI.
