From artificial intelligence to real understanding

The point of putting AI in front of a learner was never the intelligence of the machine. It was the understanding left behind in the child.

Intelligence is the input, not the goal

It is easy to be dazzled by what these models can do. But a tool is only as good as what it leaves behind in the person using it. A calculator that does the thinking for you makes you worse at thinking.

We measure ourselves on one thing: does the child understand more after the conversation than before it?

A whole school, one principle

From maths to writing to coding, every coach we build answers to the same principle: leave the learner more capable, more curious, and more independent than we found them. That is what real understanding means — and it is the only result worth building for.
